For Ruffle Skirt:
¼ yard (or scrapes) of light weight woven or moderate stretch knit 7 ½ to 8 ½ inches of 3/8 inch elastic. Check around doll to be sure. Scrape of contrasting fabric (1 piece 1½“ by 30”)
