The Flossie Potter "Turn of the Century Shirtwaists" pattern was inspired by magazine sketches advertizing ladies' shirtwaists from the late 1800s to early 1900s. During that period, styles changed dramatically -- from oversized puffed sleeves to close-fitting ones, and from high collars to collarless.
With that in mind, the pattern pieces were crafted to be interchangeable, so twelve combinations can be made from just this one pattern!

A wonderful pattern. Sews up nicely and fits the doll well.
OMG -- You get so much in this pattern. The variations aren't variations; they are entirely different styles. Each one could have been a stand-alone pattern. Real value here. As always, Flossie gives excellent instructions for a quality sewing project. Tiny details make this an exceptional pattern. Great fit. Be sure to look at the skirt which was designed to go with this pattern, too.
This pattern offers loads of different options for variations of shirtwaists. I've only sewn 2 different options so far, but the instructions are clear and they go together easily.
