This outfit is patterned after the Victorian Style with a modern twist. The knee length skirt has three full layers of ruffles in the back and a curved, ruched front. The shirt has a high neckline with a mandarin collar and optional ruffled lace down the front closure. The sleeves come in a full length version with an optional, double ruffle cuff or a sleeveless option with a removable, cold shoulder, bishop sleeve.
