My favorite part of camping is enjoying the nature around me.
New people, new places, new experiences and wonderful memories are what I like most about camping. We have moved from tent,backpack and canoe with babies to senior camping in a slide in camper. Truly missing this season’s travel time.staycations for all this year.

What wonderful memories! Our family never missed a summer camping in the eastern Sierras (California) in the late summer from when we were first married to just a few years ago. We hiked every trail and fished every lake and stream. There is nothing like fresh trout dipped in flour, egg and cornmeal fried in bacon fat and served with fried potato slices! In addition, our 3 boys learned many problem-solving lessons along the way
My favorite part of camping is meeting new people. And just listening to the birds, babbling creek and being in nature.
