Our favorite holiday tradition is having all our family over on Christmas Eve. It’s the only time of the year that we get everyone together. We feed them, fellowship, and treat them. The love we have for our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren is expressed not by what is received or given, but by the time we get to spend together fellowshipping at such a special time of the year.
My favorite holiday tradition is seeing what my husband will buy me. After 31 years, he still manages to surprise me with his insight into my soul. I always ask for certain things (like gift cards to JoAnn Fabrics), but I can always count on him to have noticed something during the year that he thinks I might need or want, but I haven’t ask for. He’s just the best.
My favorite holiday tradition is putting up the Christmas tree. I’m originally from Washington state and love the smell of pine filling our home.
My favorite holiday tradition is baking cut out sugar cookies, and then painting them with our family’s special frosting paint with the family.
My favorite tradition is Christmas jammies on Christmas Eve
My grandma always gave them to us, then my mom gave them to my kids, and now I make them for our grandgirls.
(I always make sure all adults have them too) ☺
