My favorite holiday tradition which was something we all enjoyed, was receiving new pjs on Christmas Eve with a cartoony Christmas theme. Then we would wear them all day Christmas Day even to go to our Aunt’s House. It was something we always did and a fun way to dress up. No one would wear anything but pajamas and we would celebrate in them all day :)
My favourite holiday tradition is singing with family before we open our presents.
My favorite holiday tradition is giving gifts, I love seeing people that I love with their faces lit up with joy; especially when I got something just right for them.
My favorite holiday tradition (so hard to choose only one!) is gathering family on Christmas Eve for supper then opening a couple gifts each around the tree. I enjoy my family time and also remembering the story to each of the ornaments starting from 1900’s blown glass ornaments from my parents to the childhood ones purchased every year for the kids, to the special “new” old ones added this year. That’s 49 years of my own family memories plus my childhood and my parents, who are both long gone.
We all help make tamales. This year we made 150!
