My favourite Christmas tradition is … Staying home on Christmas day. My immediate family and I have always celebrated by staying home on the actual day, then going to my Grandparents houses at some other point in the week. It is great because we get to enjoy each family as fully as possible, without having to split our time between the various things we want to do.
My favorite holiday tradition is the girls opening their Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve. They gather around the tree to open them together and we take pictures as they show them to one another. Some of our best group pictures of them have been made during this time. Wonderful memories.
My favorite holiday tradition is making gingerbread houses. I did it with my children when they were young and now my daughter and I do it with my grandchildren. It’s so much fun.
My favorite tradition is spending the day with family sharing stories, catching up on everyone’s life, reminiscing and eating good food. Just being able to spend time with everyone is a great gift.
My favorite holiday tradition is setting up the gifts under the tree and in the stockings late on Christmas eve for everyone to discover on Christmas morning
