I am French and a favorite cultural tradition I take part in or find interesting is Carnival, where floats and a dressed up crowd lead Mister Carnival to his trial, accuse him of everything wrong in the World and condemn him to be burnt publicly. Pancakes is a special meal for Carnival too. A cultural pattern I would like to see offered at Pixie faire would be traditional Eastern european outfits both for boys and girls.
A cultural pattern I would like to see offered at Pixie Faire is native New Zealand (maori) outfit.
A favorite cultural tradition I find interesting is Irish singing and dancing. A cultural pattern I would like to see offered is traditional Irish dresses for dancing and and other special occasions (such as weddings).
“A FAVORITE CULTURAL TRADITION I TAKE PART IN OR FIND INTERESTING IS attending the Highland Festival in Maclean, Australia. It stirs my Scottish blood each year. Listening to the bagpipes brings tears to my eyes at times. There is nothing like a massed Scottish band. II’d like to see some traditional Welsh patterns included in the wonderful offering at Pixie Faire, please.
A FAVORITE CULTURAL TRADITION I TAKE PART IN OR FIND INTERESTING IS making German meatballs for a Christmas every year. A CULTURAL PATTERN I WOULD LIKE TO SEE OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE WOULD BE a German outfit.
