Most interested in fairy and fantasy style clothing for 18inch dolls.
Thanks for the giveaway
“I’m most interested in the 1920’s time period/style fashion.”
I am most interested in the 50’s era. Where girls and women were dressed nice.
The Mary Brooks dress you are featuring is adorable!
I am most interested in the 1950s era clothing. It was fun and elegant.
My grandmother was born today (Jan, 5 1900) 123 yrs ago. She taught me how to sew. She sewed as a “housewife skill”. I sew because I “go into my own world” according to my mother. I started when I was about ten sewing for my dolls. Later I sewed almost everything I wore. .As an adult 18 ‘dolls are my favorite. My last granddaughter likes Disney Animatores. Now that I am old, I’ve switched back to sewing for both cloth and hard-bodied dolls. I sew doll clothes for my granddaughters and for charities.
For me, it isn’t the era of clothing that matters most, but the doll for which the item is designed. Right now, I am most interested in every day clothes (so maybe it is modern) for Caring for Baby and Wellie Wishers.
I’m most interested in clothing from the 1800’s and the early 1900’s. Basically Caroline to Kit 😂. It’s so interesting, especially with the dolls closer together, to see how things slowly change throughout the decades. I wish we had more dolls from the 1800s, but I’m so glad Claudie came out last year to fill in the incredibly fun gap of the 1920’s!
The 20’s fashions are great
I find it difficult to choose! I love Jane Austen era fashion. I also love the various decades of the early 20th century — from the dresses and gowns of the early teens, to the simple feedsack dresses of the 30’s, to the full skirts of the 50’s. I’d love to see these eras in patterns for AGAT dolls. Thank you for your generous giveaways and providing a fun site to visit again and again!
I love the Victorian era clothing. I have always been fascinated by all the details that are added onto the outfits.
I’m most interested in the Victorian style fashions, but as a history buff I love all time periods of history and the clothing people wore. That is what attracted me to the American Girl dolls when Pleasant Doll Company first released their dolls.
I would like to see a sew-along for doll quilts.
I am mostly interested in present day fashions for my granddaughter, or anything Coco Chanel – at 8 years old, she is enamored with Coco!
I am most interested in 18th century clothing, although I can find clothes from pretty much any era to like. The dolls always look so wonderful in the outfits of the 1700s!
I’m most interested in 60s, 70s, and modern day fashion.”
I love all of the Historical time periods but my granddaughters seem to prefer the fashions now so mostly I make those! Thank you for the giveaways! I think Claudie would be an awesome addition to my doll collection.
I am most interested in the current time period.
I would like to see a sew-along for doll quilts.
I’m most interested in the 70s and 80s fashions.
I am interested in fashions of the current decade. I have no little girl to sew for so I like to imagine what girls today would really like to wear.
Mid Century Modern all the way here! I’d love to see anything from the post war period to the 1970’s! I’m going to try to make a boomerang coffee table for my ganddaughter’s AG doll this winter! And dolls look so cute in Jackie Kennedy pill box hats!
I’m interested in 1970 fashion – so fun and I love it.

I’m most interested in the 70’s and 80’s time period fashion as I grew up in that era and it takes me back in time when I was a teenager and young adult. Lots of color and mod trends.

I love depression era/ farm “fashions” I dress my dolls to look like my grandma and her siblings.
I’m most interested in the 50’s time period. I think the AG dolls look the most like little girls from the 1940’s-1850’s
I’ m most interested in current time period clothes because that seems to be what my customers want. I sell my clothes to Moms and Grandmas and they want clothes like their little girl are wearing. They look at the period clothes but always buy the current time period.
I like the look of the 20’s on other people, but not on me, so I think it’s a great idea to make doll clothes inspired by the 20’s. I personally like the 40’s on myself.
I am most interested in historical clothing. My favorite period changes all the time. Currently, I like the 1920’s style.
I am most interested in Victorian historical fashion. Claude is beautiful, can’t wait to see what else you have in store for her era.
I am interested in all periods of fashion in doll clothes! I loved dolls and their clothing as a child, especially the detailed clothing and I still love them as a 70 year old Grandmother!

I spend a lot of time trolling the little girl clothing sites.

Because of Brit Bennett writing her beautiful book about Claudie, I’m very interested in the 1920s and especially the Harlem Renaissance right now. I can’t wait for more books.
I’m most interested in fashions from the 20’s and 90s.
I’m most interested in the 40s then the 20s. Two time periods not explored by the pattern makers. In the 20s, the breakout from the Victorian era with no bustles, high necklines and long skirts! The 40s! Wow…visions of the tailored suits and shoulder pads worn by Joan Crawford. The big band singers in their off the shoulder dresses. The suits men worn by Cary Grant, etc. a great opportunity to learn tailoring techniques and advanced embellishments. And the hats and purses during both those times periods! Wow!!! The Tonner dolls are perfect for these time periods!!!
I’m most interested in modern day time period/style fashion.
Right now I am interested in the modern period. It all depends on what the girls want. We’ve done Civil War (1861 girls school here in Columbia, TN) to the Flintstones. I try to make matching outfits. Heirloom, Halloween costumes, princesses, you name it. That’s why Pixiefaire is so great. We just need patterns for our larger dolls. 32” or so. I. Tired of altering childrens clothes for them. Thanks Cinnamon
I guess I love it all! I know girls like to have dolls that look like them and express their interests. But I also love that fashion can be used to help girls understand about other times. I especially like the historical patterns that include information about why those styles were in vogue. A new doll dress can become a tool for teaching history or make a long-ago relative or literary character “come alive.”
I’m most interested in most historical time period/style fashion. It’s hard to narrow it down to one. I do really like folk costumes from different cultures. As well as some fantastical stuff, like big capes for red riding hood, etc.

I need to learn which styles go with which era. I currently sew basic modern pieces but I would love to sew historical gowns.

I’d most like to see authentic cowboy and old west attire…..including cowboy boots!
I’m most interested in the Roaring 20s time period/style fashion. I like that era because it was when fun was brought to fashion. Women were not so restricted in what they wore and they could express themselves through fashion.
