Cinnamon, the lead designer for Liberty Jane Clothing, has spent years perfecting the art of doll clothes design, focusing on an intense level of detail, and considers every piece created - a piece of art! The 140-page course ebook covers the 12 principles of design, most are a part of every design concept (proportion, scale, fabric, color, sewing technique, originality); while a few are meant as an extra element to specific designs (distressing/embellishments, minimalism, homage, repetition). Each chapter in the book is accompanied by a video where Cinnamon, Karin, and Melinda share their thoughts on the topic and encourage you to practice the element discussed through a hands-on homework assignment.

Learning new things always makes the season better. Everyday wear for my granddaughter’s American Girl doll is on my list of things to do
I would love to see Pixie Faire offer more patterns from the 50’s for the 18 inch dolls. Your patterns are wonderful!
I’d love to see Pixie Faire offer Rosie the Riveter outfit and WW2 woman’s overalls for American Girl doll, Molly.
I would love to see Pixie Faire offer patterns with more wardrobe options, rather than just an item to wear. Perhaps a shirt, skirt and jacket all together, or a top with pants and a vest.
Pixie Faire does a great job with the 18 inch doll clothes, but I have a Revlon doll I received 59 years ago that needs some clothes. She is close to the size of Barbiie but I would love to see some patterns with a different style than the Barbie clothes patterns.
