My favorite sewing tip is, pre serge all your pattern pieces for your doll patterns. Besides helping with less fabric fraying, gives you a pretty good 1/4” seam allowance guidance to follow.
My favorite sewing tip is to save your scraps of fabric from sewing to use for stuffing other projects.
Clean.. keep your hands and your work area as clean as possible.. wash often
My favorite sewing tip is that I always use black or white thread in my bobbins, depending upon if the garment is dark or light.
This way I always have bobbins on hand and can start to sew right away.
