My favorite sewing tip is to use the long tweezers for threading the needle on your machine. Even though I have an automatic needle threader, they help me to wrap the thread around the little grooves that keep it in place.
I use them for all kinds of things. My husband even used them for dipping Ritz Bitz in chocolate. LOL
My favorite sewing tip or trick is to press each seam as you go. You can be using the most beautiful fabric, and a fantastic designed pattern, but if you don’t ‘press each seam’ as you work, you ruin the beauty of the fabric and the design of a fantastic pattern. Press as you go and your finished outfit looks like it jumped right off the cover of a fashion magazine.
My favorite sewing tip is to make sure you is matching the needle with the fabric. Always use ball-point needles with knits.
My favorite tip is to be well rested before you sew. If you are tired, you will make more mistakes and be more frustrated when you do.
My favorite sewing tip is to use the 1/4 quilting foot for sewing doll clothes.
