My favorite tip is take your time and enjoy The moment.
I love You-Tube. If you need help, you can almost always find a video to help you out.
My favorite part of sewing is “the thrill of the hunt” — which is gathering materials from thrift stores, garage sales and are own closets. It feels good to recycle and the options are endless. Have FUN!!!!!
My favorite sewing trick or hack is to use a toothpick when smoothing out a gather. It slips under the fabric without breaking the thread if done slowly and carefully.
Have a little container to hold all the small parts of the pattern so they don’t get lost.
