My favorite tip is to use a narrow strip of paper of stabilizer under minky or similar type fabric when sewing against grain. This helps with stretching and rippling. Also great for creating flat zippers.
My favorite sewing tip or trick is using Steam a Seam on knits prior to sewing them down.
My fav is to gather on the serger. A great time and frustration saver!
My favorite sewing tip is to sew hems and set sleeves before side seams. When sewing for dolls or small projects, it saves time and frustration.
My first and favorite tip is to read the directions several times until i fully understand the process. I also have learned alot of great tips by reading everyone else’s comments. Thanks so much!
