I first heard about Pixie Faire from an internet search.
“I first heard about Pixie Faire from a search on the internet for doll clothes for American Girl dolls."
Unfortunately, my memory is not the greatest these days and I do not recall how I became acquainted with Pixie Faire, but I do think it is a great site and I love the Sew Powerful program that endeavors to help young ladies in Africa. I should not need knitting lessons, but I love this dress, quite possibly because Mita is my daughter’s nickname.
I first heard about Pixie Faire, while searching for an alternative to an expensive named brand outfit. Loved the site ever since. Thank you!
I found Pixie Faire a couple of years ago through Google searches for doll clothes patterns and tutorials. Although I had no 18" AG type dolls, only BJDs, I really liked the variety of patterns and the classes on pattern making. I basically started out by buying the patterns, which have a wonderfully detailed how-to layout, to learn to sew for my dolls. I then took the Design Academy and Pattern Academy courses and joined the SWC Club! Pixie Faire is fantastic!
