I search for doll fabrics and trims at farmhousefabrics.com. Beautiful things there!
I use alot of velcro for my doll clothes. So I shop for those at Walmart and JoAnns. I also have a hard time finding decent fabric I am looking for. I have become incredibly picky thanks to this website haha. So I usually go to quilt stores for fabric. Though sometimes I do get it at JoAnns. I also get alot of my tshirt fabric by buying girls tshirts at Target. I find their tshirts are much better quality than that of tshirt fabric at JoAnns. Living in Alaska, I do have a limited amount of places I can go. But I generally find my fabric after searching all week lol.

I find lots of items at thrift stores, also some items such as the tiny buckles can be ordered on line.
I shop for my doll fabrics at hobby lobby. They are close by.
