“I first heard about Pixie Faire from a Facebook ad”
I heard about Pixie Faire on the Internet while looking for a pattern.
I first heard about Pixie Faire from a dear friend. My two granddaughters had just received Journey Girl dolls for Christmas and I thought it would be lovely to make some clothes for them. My friend Anna was a doll fanatic after growing up in a poor family who couldn’t afford to buy her the beautiful dolls she craved. She rescued many of her dolls from charity shops and restored them. She made so many beautiful clothes for them too. She showed me the clothes she made using your free patterns and encouraged me to join. Sadly Anna died this year after being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor. I miss her and think of her often when I am sewing or making clothes for my granddaughters. She would have loved these and I would love to honor her by dressing her granddaughters dolls in them.
I first heard about Pixie Faire when looking for 18 inch doll patterns. So like what Pixie Faire has to offer, with well designed patterns, easy to follow instructions. The Sew Powerful project is the best! Thank you.
