Besides sewing, I love to crochet, embroider, smock, quilt, make soap and a little jewelry— I just love anything crafty. I’ve really enjoyed this site and appreciate all the talented and generous people behind it willing to share their wonderful ideas. I’d like to see patterns for accessories such as snow shoes, skis and ski poles, hockey sticks, sports type equipment, maybe some cute furniture or camping equipment—Items that would complete a packaged outfit. Besides sewing, I love to do 3D paper crafting. I would like to see some doll furniture made from paper.
Besides sewing, I garden and am a former Master Food Preserver. I can, freeze, dehydrate and freeze dry. I create up-cycled clothes for family and friends. I’m mapping out “mini me” versions of my creations for my 18” dolls.
I love fashion history. It would be great if Pixie Faire had a series of courses focused on historical and genre sewing. Take one era or genre per course. Meanwhile, I’d like to see Pixie Faire offer more 20s and 30s patterns. I’d also take jewelry making and molded hat making courses. Love what you do!
