My new years plans are to take it easy and spend time with my extended family

My news years plans are making goodies with my family, relaxing and staying warm plus enjoying time with my kids before they return to school on Wednesday.
Happy New Years

We’ll be home tonight staying warm! It will be -6 tonight with a wind chill advisory warning for -30 from 7 p.m. till 1:00 tomorrow afternoon. We’ll have chili and cheese/crackers and hang out around the Christmas tree in the living room. Tomorrow, we’ll have our traditional Southern New Year’s Day good luck lunch of black eyed peas (Hoppin’ John) for the 50th time together and then hubby will go to camp. I’m going to tear everything out from our bedroom closet and go through it all, putting nothing back in except what we really wear! That will start my winter decluttering off right and hope to continue on till it’s all done by spring!

Have to do bedroom closet and pantry first—then going to do my craft and sewing room so I can work on lots of doll clothes for a few hours most days. I have lots of good ideas from the Sewing with Cinnamon organizing classes for getting it much better organized and easier to work in! I look forward to much more sewing this coming year!
