My New Year’s plans include entertaining out of country friends and then a New Year’s Eve party at the church. It should be a lot of fun. Instead of driving home, we are staying at a hotel.

My New Year plans include helping my dad and stepmom with their annual New Years Eve party. They are 89 and 90 years young and my dad has been hosting this party (began with my mom) for about 30 years. It has become a well-loved tradition for the 20+ of us who take part.
My New Year’s plans include sitting in front of the tv and hopefully staying awake to watch the ball drop.
This New Year’s Eve, we are actually breaking from our tradition of doing nothing, and heading over to a friend’s house to hang out. All the kids can have fun together and all the adults can have some adult conversation.

My New Year’s plans start with sending off the grandkids after a wonderful visit. The rest of the year, I hope to work on finishing lots of unfinished projects which include sewing and basketweaving and traveling to visit far flung family.

My husband retirees in 2019, so lots of downsizing. Sewing is top so I can get my donation dolls done using my favorite Pixie Faire’s patterns and sew much needed baby blankets, hats and other items for nicu babies!

My New Year’s plans are to build two doll beach chairs using the free pattern from Pixie Faire. Then a quick visit to see my grandchildren’s doll house that Santa brought. I will end the night sewing some drop seat pajama’s with the pattern I got on BOGO earlier this week.

My New Year’s plans are to spend it outside enjoying our town’s “First Night” Celebration! Our family walks from venue to venue and enjoys the arts scene in our town. From dancing to singing to puppets, there is something for everyone in the family. at midnight, our luminated ball goes UP now down to bring in the new year, an act that for me symbolizes the hope of the new year!

MY NEW YEARS PLANS INCLUDE games and dinner and more games with my 2 daughters and their families starting at 4 pm. When we are tired and it’s midnight somewhere, we’ll quit. We’ll probably make it to about 11 pm. That will include 7 of my 41 grandchildren. Maybe we’ll get some Papa Murphy’s pizza to bake and also have Mexican layered dip and chips. Before 4, if I get a friend’s mending done, I’m going to at least cut out one doll dress.
