My favorite era of clothing is modern. I would like to see more modern patterns for 14/15 inch dolls such as Ruby Red Fashion Friends – including realistic looking boots and shoes.

I love all the historical patterns! I particularly like to see patterns from the Colonial era, but all the historical periods have beautiful clothing. These patterns can be harder to make, but they are certainly worth the effort!
My favorite era of clothing design was the 1980s. I’d like to see some of the new wave street fashion type patterns like asymmetrical buttoned long shirts and paper bag pants.

My favorite ere of clothing is the late 20’s thru the 50’s. The time of the great fashion designers and greatest change in women’s clothing. Clothes have always reflected the movement in society…from first air flight to space.
My favorite era of clothing and fashion is the 60’s. I’d love to see more 60’s patterns for the Wellie Wishers. Would love some bell-bottom pants for them along with other 60’s styles.

I love historical fashion, especially anything from throughout the 1800s. I love how drastically the styles evolved from the slim, Grecian look of the Regency, to the wide skirts of the Early Victorian/American Civil War era, to the huge sleeves and more straight skirts (with those amazing bustles!) of the last decade of the century. I’m seeing a lot of great patterns for this era, from Pixie Faire and beyond. An era I’d love to see more patterns for is the Downton Abbey era, from the Edwardian period to the Roaring 20s. There are so many stunning styles from those two decades that I think have yet to be fully explored in doll-scale. :)

That being said, I have recently been sewing more far north parka coat designs. I use the pixie faire coat pattern, and add vintage looking Hudson Bay decor along the bottom of the coat

My favorite era of clothing and fashion is the 50’s through the 90’s. Love the way fashion has changed. However the young girls at this time would like the more modern fashions.
My favorite fashions are from the 60s. Mix Edwardian and Mod and you get the 60s Young Edwardian fashions. In the 60s there was a little dress shop on Hollywood blvd in LA. In the back I saw the owner madly sewing mini dresses in Laura Ashley prints with high collars and long puffed sleeves fastened by tiny buttons almost to the elbow. I would like an Edwardian Mod pattern for an Ellowyne or BFC doll.
