I would like to see a video instruction class on the Common Sewing Terms listed at the top of the patterns in the PDF. Sometimes a picture isn’t enough for the how to do. I just finished the 50’s swing coat pattern and spent hours trying to get the Ease Stitch to work, my end result isn’t as nice as I’d like it to be.

I really enjoyed the wool peacoat sew along and then the pattern hack that went along with it. I have enjoyed all of the sew alongs and I can’t say that any of the pattern hacks I haven’t enjoyed. I don’t always get to try them but I read through them and always learn something. I would like to learn more about adding piping to a garment, I struggle with getting piping to turn out the way I plan. Thank You or all you do and Happy New Year to All.

I appreciated the course on simple closures, particularly the tip with using freezer paper for the button holes. I think I could use a few more tips on how to adjust patterns to fit a particular doll. Such as an American Girl body compared to a our Generation Doll Body. Sometimes the clothes come out a little tight in spots. (I have a variety of the 18" varieties – (our Generation, American Doll, Alexander Doll)
