The Bubble Skirt: The Liberty Jane Bubble Skirt PDF Pattern can be made from either knit or woven fabric. The waistband fabric should have some stretch. The skirt is designed to fit above the knees.

The Shibuya Jacket gets my vote this week – so different and so smart.
The shiny happy dress – it’s cheery for the holidays coming up!
The short cropped jacket is my choice. I already have the bubble skirt and I already created a shiny dress joining two patterns after the shiny dress was offered earlier. The cropped jacket looks easy and is very smart. My grand-dolly will adore it as will her mother, my granddaughter. I can see making it in several different fabrics for different “looks”.
I really hope that Shibuya jacket wins it is so beautiful.
