The Bubble Skirt: The Liberty Jane Bubble Skirt PDF Pattern can be made from either knit or woven fabric. The waistband fabric should have some stretch. The skirt is designed to fit above the knees.

Voted for the cropped jacket this week, as it will go with a load of items already made and my granddaughter will just love it for her doll.
