We are working hard on the content for our latest class - The Couture Sewing Academy! It goes "live" on April 1st, (no joke). So to help launch it with some fun and enthusiasm we thought we'd do a comment contest.

I want to learn couture techniques to create “new looks”. The kind that makes the eye relook in in awe. Love fashion!
I want to learn couture techniques so I can actually create something worth purchasing, and to work towards my goal – save enough money to buy my dream doll. I hope learning will aid me in sewing outfits that will be eyecatching enoughfor others to actually consider buying them at a small price.
I want to learn couture techniques to become a better sewer. I can sew easy patterns, but would love to learn more in order to sew on a higher level. My goal in all this is to sew clothes and acquire dolls to give to some young refugee girls for Christmas this year.
“I want to learn couture techniques so I can make all kinds of doll clothes for my granddaughters american girls. I have been collecting different patterns from everywhere and have some idea about what I would like to do. I think this will give me a boost and incentive to step out of the box.
So I can improve my skills and open up a shop for children with Down syndrome and their dolls. It’s next to impossible to buy ready- made for our DS kids without altering a lot, and I would love to be able to supply with group with clothes(stylish) With matching doll clothes. Thank you!
