We are working hard on the content for our latest class - The Couture Sewing Academy! It goes "live" on April 1st, (no joke). So to help launch it with some fun and enthusiasm we thought we'd do a comment contest.

I want to learn couture techniques so I can fulfill my creative side with learning how to make terrific, high fashion clothes! I have sew for over 30 years, but would love to learn these techniques that would be new to me!
I want to learn couture sewing techniques so I can defy the saying “you can not teach an old dog new tricks”. One of the gifts God has given me is sewing….a gift that has given me many years of pleasure. If there is something I can do to perfect it, I want it! After all, the little girls deserve the best…my best!
I have sewn all my life, (literally at age 3) it’s part of me. I now have limitations as to how much time I can spend designing and sewing so I’ve turned to creating for dolls. I think I do have a degree of knowledge, but there is soo much more that I would love to learn.
I want to learn couture techniques so I can improve on the look of my finished products.
