Couture Sewing Academy Launch Contest

[The contest is over and the winner has been notified]

Hi everyone,

We are working hard on the content for our latest class - The Couture Sewing Academy! It goes "live" on April 1st, (no joke). So to help launch it with some fun and enthusiasm we thought we'd do a comment contest.

Here's What You Do: Just leave a comment as a response to this post and answer the question, "I want to learn couture techniques so I can _______________".

The Prize: We will pick one commenter and they'll get the course for free!

Details & Rules: Contest ends Monday March 30th, 2015 at 12:00 AM (Pacific). Official Rules: No purchase necessary, void where prohibited, contest is open to all states and countries where it is legally permitted.

If you haven't seen our promo video for The Couture Sewing Academy - check it out. We'd love to have you join in the program.

I want to learn couture techniques so I can learn to work with more difficult fabrics and more intermediate designs.

I want to learn couture techniques because I love being creative and they will help me to express this with more style and artistry. I want to learn and then teach these skills to my children in order to preserve them. This is such a great opportunity. Thank you for organizing it for all of us.

I would like to learn couture techniques so I can make more complicated AG doll clothes and get an online business started. Years ago, I made some dresses for myself using Vogue patterns. I learned there was so much more involved with those patterns than just sewing seams, hems, and putting in zippers. The clothes made with couture techniques are so beautiful. I am having so much fun making clothes for my granddaughter using your patterns. Thank you for all the freebies and for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us.

I have been sewing for many years – but I have become addicted to sewing for dolls. Would love to learn new things!
