More About Each Pattern:

The Sheath Dress: Featured in the Liberty Jane Fall 2012 Tokyo Libby Outfit: Snow Club - This great Sheath Dress is a must-have in every dolls fashionable wardrobe. The fitted waist, fully lined dress is super versatile; choose a traditional fabric for the classic look or be a bit bolder in your fabric choice and pair it with spats to give it that trendy, Tokyo Libby  Steampunk Harajuku look! Spats (shortened word from spatterdashes) are a cassic footwear accessory designed to be worn over a pair of flats or basic shoe. They were originally worn in the late 19 to early 20th century and have since become a very popular item in the modern day Steampunk look. Suggested fabrics include: The dress -  wool blends, suiting, houndstooth, cottons or linens. The spats can be made using corduroy, canvas or even a micro suede.

The Baseball Tee For 18 Inch Dolls: The Liberty Jane Classic Baseball T-shirt PDF Pattern will delight your 18 inch American Girl Doll! The raglan style sleeve is perfect for a beginner because it is a straight seam, not curved or sewn in a circle. Sewing a zig zag seam is an optional way to finish seams, but not necessary to make the t-shirt.

The Sorrento Top For 18 Inch Dolls: This popular top from the Liberty Jane Spring 2011 International Collection has been revised for 2014 to include the By The Boardwalk variation! We've added 8 pages of new instruction to include two complete variations. The 5 strand braid instructions with full color steps are included as well! The Sorrento Top is designed to fit an 18 inch American Girl ® Doll! This design is easy to sew and works with a variety of trims! Have a hard time finding trims? The braid variation can be made without any trims, simply use strips of scrap fabrics to create a unique look. Tips included for sewing with knit fabric which will help prevent stretching and produce evenly stitched hems! Suggested fabrics include: lightweight knit (rayon spandex), rayon, and silky blends

The V-Neck Tee For 18 Inch Dolls: A v-neck tee is a great addition to any doll’s wardrobe! Liberty Jane is excited to offer you this PDF sewing pattern to teach you how to do this “lapped v” technique. This is a perfect project for using upcycled t-shirts that you might have lying around. There are 11 pages of full color step by step instruction as well as 1 page of text only summary of  instructions to save on printer ink! These full color easy to follow instructions walk you through each step in completing your American Girl ® dolls new v neck shirt.

Thank you so much for all the special patterns you create and especially for the free ones you offer each Friday. I vote for the baseball tee pattern. I am looking forward to completing the many ones I have purchased, and to see your new ones in the future. Have a very Merry Christmas.

I own every one of these patterns except the V-neck Tee, so I voted for that one. I will say that you can’t go wrong, they are each classics and I’ve made multiples of them with various embellishments. My granddaughter has taken on ordering tops so that she can embellish them herself. So these patterns really provide a lot of fun. Oh, the jacket that goes with the sheath dress is lovely both over the dress and as a pea coat paired with jeans as well. Love your store!
