Free Doll Clothes Pattern (Friday May 19) Help Us Decide

Special Note: We gave away the wrong pattern by mistake! Sorry about that, but we hope you enjoyed the one that was free. We love the voting, we love the process - and we're sorry for the mix up this week. But don't worry, moving forward we'll adjust our review process to ensure we don't have this type of situation occur again.

Grateful for your support of Pixie Faire

Cinnamon, Jason & the team

----------------

On Friday (May 19th, 2017) we will offer a pattern from Donna Seabury of Eden Ava Couture for free as a special one-day only event. We'd love to have you vote to help us decide which pattern will win, then be sure to come back Friday to get your free copy.

More About Donna and Eden Ava Couture (in her own words).

I taught myself to sew when I was a very young 20 year old, who was starting a new job, and needed a quick wardrobe.  I moved on to sewing for the home when I purchased my first house.  When my daughters started collecting American Girl Dolls, I found I could make most of the clothes in one evening….and that was it…..I was hooked by the instant gratification! Designing and sewing for American Girl Dolls has become a passion for me.  Partnering with Pixie Faire is a both a thrill and an honor!

More information about the pattern:

The Make It Stop Outfit Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: The 1960's Make It Stop outfit is reminiscent of the 1960's beach movies.  This hip PDF pattern features a midriff top with ruffles and trimmed in contrast bias tape. The top buttons down the back. The shorts sit at the hips and close in the back with hook and loop tape. They feature sewn seams down the front.

The 1950's Empire Silhouette Dress Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: This 18 Inch doll clothes PDF pattern designed by Eden Ava Couture will be a great addition to your historical doll's collection! This lovely vintage inspired dress pattern was inspired by a pattern for girls from the Advance Pattern Company in 1956. The scoop neck bodice with empire silhouette has short puffed sleeves. Princess seamed skirt is fitted at the waistline, flaring to a wide hem and has a center back closure. Contrast detachable scallop collar is optional.

1970s Midriff Top and Bellbottom Pants Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: This 1970′s inspired Summer Fun Midriff & Bell Bottom Pants will look so cute on your American Girl Doll! The midriff top includes two sleeve options as well as a sleeveless choice. This fun PDF pattern is great for woven fabrics.

1970s Tennis Dress Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: Your 18 inch doll will love this 1970's Tennis dress PDF pattern complete with sweatbands reminiscent of that time! This dress is very easy and there are two variations and lots of options for that creative imagination!

NOT answering our questions AND removing our comments about the pattern that won not being offered as the free one is not cool!!! Very bad business Pixie Faire!!! We were all nice about it and were just curious. An explenation would have been nice and whatever the reason would have been fine, we just wanted to know.

I cast my vote for the tennis outfit. It would be quick to make and could be so easily personalized. And, by changing the length, you could create a lot of variations.
