More About Karen In Her Own Words: I've always loved dolls. My tenth birthday present from my mother was an honest-to-goodness sewing basket filled to the brim with supplies, and a Barbie pattern. I was in heaven! I sewed throughout my high school years, and then began again when my great nieces received American Girl dolls. My teenage sons were horrified that their mother was playing with dolls. During that time I also discovered Liberty Jane patterns. Wow--stylish, detailed patterns for dolls with fantastic instructions and a beautiful fit! Before I realized what was happening I was designing my own patterns. Partnering with PixieFaire as a seller and designer has been such a fun adventure! I'm grateful to those of you who have become customers and friends along the way.
