More About Gaby Shearer and the Baby Mine Brand, (in her own words): I should have known I was destined to create doll clothes patterns when I started sewing on my mom’s sewing machine at the young age of 6. When I turned 8, she rewarded me with my first Barbie doll patterns, many of which I still have. I purchased my first sewing machine, an old Singer Treadle, as a newlywed. I was creating doll clothes and altering patterns to fit Madame Alexander dolls, then giving them away as I didn’t have children yet. Soon I had 2 daughters and created party dresses, play clothes and Halloween costumes. Now I’m retired and thoroughly enjoying my rekindled love of sewing and creating doll clothes. Publishing my patterns is an added bonus, but the real blessing is seeing the amazing outfits created with the use of my patterns. Happy sewing to all!

Wear it over a t-shirt with a pair of jeans, or to the office. This PDF pattern will help you create a fully lined jacket with front princess seams, two piece sleeves, and decorative pocket flaps (no pocket) for a tailored look. Front tab snaps to jacket and has decorative buttons. Or make without the front tab for a completely different look. Buttons can also be added to the sleeve. Designed to fit over a thin shirt, but not a sweater.
