Freebie Friday (Feb 10, 2017) Help Us Spread The Word

Hi everyone,

On Friday (February 10th) we are offering a new permanently free knitting pattern from Jen Reeves the artist behind A Little Knitty. We are also launching a fun new collection of machine embroidery designs from Genine Allan of Genniewren Designs. These fun designs are perfectly sized for dolls. We'll be launching the new category with 5 free designs. We've included a sneak peek below.

Be sure to come back on Friday to get your free copies and help us spread the word!

More About Jen Reeves & A Little Knitty (in her own words),

Hi! I’m Jen, and you could say I’m A Little Knitty! I started knitting when I was 12, although it didn’t really become an obsession until I was 28. When my son was born in 2008, I created some knit hats for him and things just took off from there!

I currently teach knitting classes for Auburn, WA Parks & Rec, opened a small yarn shop inside the Liberty Jane on Main store, and publish my doll knitting patterns through PixieFaire. When I’m not knitting (which is rare) I am out playing with my family. I have been married to Brian for 12 years and we have an 8 year old son, Nolan, and 5 year old daughter, Piper. During the summer we are continually camping and we love to discover new places together!

A Sneak Peak At The Happy Heart Pillow Knitting Pattern: You're going to love this new heart pillow. It's a perfect pattern for an advanced beginner.

Take a look at the pattern

Here is a closer look at the new embroidery Designs:

We'd love to hear from you! Leave a comment below and thank Jen and Genine

If you make a cute outfit using this pattern be sure to share a picture using the #pixiefaire and on Instagram!

Thank you for you gifts , and I just want to add I find it very sad when some others complain about the items they can not use, because they do not have a machine for the tutorials or can not crochet or knit. Just be happy for what you do get on the weeks you get the things you can use. These people give away stuff every week, that is more than any other company I have seen around.Be grateful for what you get not complain for what you don’t

Seconding Kim. Having a PDF of just the outlines of each embroidery design would be WONDERFUL for those of us who embroider by hand. They are so cute, and it’s mildly disappointing not to be able to join in the fun.

Thank you so much for these adorable embroidery designs! Can’t wait!! Small doll embroideries are hard to find, but here is a site that gives FREE embroideries almost weekly and a lot of them are very small and perfect for doll clothes! This week’s offerings have some small ones like the heart and butterfly and a very tiny mouse in PJ’s going to bed with his candle. Here is the site. Enjoy! http://www.buystitch.com/freebies.cfm
