In more recent years, besides general sewing, I have made and taught quilting. My love of dolls was put on hold for many years until two years ago when I happened upon Pixie Faire’s site and fell in love with all the outfits and beautiful dolls.
Living in South Africa, good quality dolls are not readily available, but a month after venturing into the doll world, my son surprised me with my beautiful AG Julie and with much encouragement from him, my late husband and awesome friends, I started designing dolls’ clothes. All the patterns are very nice, but I vote for Cotton Candy I think it is a very cute sundress.
