"Artist Meg Hochstetler started collecting American Girl dolls when she was eleven after receiving her first doll as a gift from her Grandma.
Meg taught herself to sew using Liberty Jane patterns and has always loved to work in miniature. She is passionate about designing beautiful shoe patterns for doll enthusiasts."

I absolutely LOVE the Gladiator Sandals. They look so difficult, but are such fun to make! I’ve made a number of Miche Design patterns – I’ve enjoyed making them all.
There are so many various patterns from Miche Designs that it is hard to choose just one! I love them all!
I love how her shoe patterns made me think, wow, I could actually make shoes for dolls? They are so cute and fun!
It is almost impossible to pick a favourite. In fact it is impossible! But I will choose the cowboy boots. I have quite a few of Miche patterns and have been too timid to try many of them.
I love the No-Sew Hurachi sandals. They are quick and easy. I have made numerous pairs of shoes with her patterns and the directions are easy to follow and the results are always outstanding.
