More About The Outfit: This adorable turquoise and white polka dotted A-line dress has a cute flounce at the bottom edge. The collar is round and sleeves are flounce styled. The collar s made from a contrasting fabric that is also used as a bias trim on the edge of the sleeves and flounce at bottom of skirt. The collar has two buttons at center front. The back of dress offers a snap closure. A pair of black slip ons completes the outfit.

Thanks to Dolls At Heart Designs for the adorable outfit. Cinnamon thank you for having these giveaways.. As for voting, I voted for 61. Redheads are almost an automatic vote for me. My Dad was a Redhead and this makes me think of him. The color of the dress is perfect for her.
It is pretty on both, but absolutely love it on #61. Her red hair & green eyes play really pretty with the aqua dress. plus she reminds me of my daughter. so pretty!
Freckles and polka dots go together so perfectly! I love the hair color of #61 with the color of the fabric, though. Tough decision!
