The School Bell Blouse will give your doll a simple, but stylish long sleeve shirt that is perfect for cool fall weather and back to school! Dress up the look with a classic Sixth Grade Skirt or dress it down with a pair of Playground Pants. With an open back hook and loop tape close, it's easy on and off for little hands. Use fun cotton prints or girly lace to stitch up a whole wardrobe of cute blouses for your doll. Choose a cute peplum skirt or a simple flared hem (longer length or crop top style) with a neckline pleat. Embellish your blouse with bows, flowers, and buttons for a look that is all your own. The long sleeves feature a high wrist flare while still keeping your doll warm and in style for cooler weather.

This adorable School Bell Blouse is one of my 8-year-old granddaughter's favorites. When I asked her what she liked best about it, she said, "I'm not sure. I just like it all. Well, maybe it is the sleeves and all the cute little buttons." I felt the same way - it just has style. And it looks good in any print or solid. I'm hoping OhSewKate will resize it for our Wellies. I'm sure that my GD and I would make several more for the Wellies - it is perfect for school this fall. (We play school A LOT.)
Super cute top. Made flannel tops for pajamas. Cotton tops with jeans. This pattern went in my Favorite Patterns folder.
This was the first fall items I sewn this season. It was a fun project. I used a lightweight woolen plaid and added lace sleeves. It's a great dress up outfit!
Such a fun top to sew, very good instructions and as always "Oh Sew Kat" has great pictures to follow. I love this top for fall. I have already cut my 2nd top in flannel for P.J.'s.
