my favorite Christmas tradition…seeing the joy and wonder in the eyes of my children and family on Christmas morning as they explore the surprised found under the tree left by good old Santa. it has onlu gotten better as the years have added grandchildren and great-grandchildren to the circle around the tree
My favourite tradition is the candlelight Christmas Eve service at our church
My favorite holiday tradition is getting together with family member to remember all the funny happy things we did in past Christmases. We exchange gifts and try to always give fun gifts to make each other laugh. We can’t join in this year because of the flu, but our hearts are with our family members.
My favorite Holiday tradition (which I miss now that we’re here in the US) is the Simbang Gabi. It means evening mass in Filipino. It’s a nine-day thing where you go to midnight mass and afterwards, as you leave, there are food vendors selling all sorts of traditional Philippine delicacies!
My favorite tradition is blessing less fortunate families with the magic of Christmas and providing the magic of Santa smiles under the tree for the children. Been doing this for 12 years now and it’s the best gift I could ever wish for myself.
