Day 8 Bonus:  Another exciting brand added to the Sewing With Cinnamon Monthly Coupon code!

We mentioned that beginning in 2020 you'll notice that the monthly coupon code for a free pattern is expanding to include a few more select brands! Yay! Today, we're excited to announce the third one, Sew Urban! As an added bonus, we are now going to include the Sew Urban Urban Handbag for 18-inch dolls as a permanently free bonus for Sewing With Cinnamon members! Just click over to the Sewing With Cinnamon Bonuses section to grab your free bonus today!

Day 9 Bonus: Couture Sewing Academy Limited time bonus!

We're adding the full Couture Sewing Academy course as a free bonus for new and existing Sewing With Cinnamon members. This course will be avaialbe for a limited time (through January 10th). Couture is a wild and wonderful world of amazing techniques, beautiful fabrics, and luxurious finished garments. Nothing can compare to holding a really beautifully constructed piece of clothing in your hands! Given the small scale of doll clothing, sewing doll couture specifically is an amazing canvas for these techniques, and provides a unique opportunity to workshop new methods and produce amazing art.

Day 10 Bonus: Get your fabrics organized with our custom Fabric Swatch Book PDF downlod!

Got Fabric? Here's a fun idea to make your own swatch book for future use. Get the download from the SWC Bonus section. Use it to catalog "Where to buy" fabrics as well as a "touch and feel" tool for identifying fabric types. This will help when ordering online : I've made mine from a Mood Swatch club subscription, but you can also make one using the fabrics you already have on hand.

I struggle with snaps. I watched the snaps video from the class but would like a class on snaps installed with a tool. I have done the pattern academy but would like extra instruction on taking an 18” pattern and retrofitting it for an animator doll or the Wellie Wisher. I could use a class on sewing machine needles. Which type and size to use for different fabrics; same with threads! Lastly, a class on little known tips would be fun!

The shoe class was my favorite! Probably because it isn’t something you can meal most other places, and whenever I show anyone the doll shoes I have made I get lots of looks of disbelief! The class I too was basic, but I would love to learn how to do more challenging styles.
