I sew and knit primarily for family. I spend two to three hours a day on my projects. I became interested in American Doll clothing a few month ago because my granddaughter will be getting one for her birthday. So Gramma wants to make a wardrobe for her doll.
I sew & knit for my collection of dolls and for my granddaughters dolls. On average I knit or sew several hours per week.
I sew primarily as a home business and spend varying amounts of time on this. During the summer and fall when I participate in craft sales I spend can spend from 15 – 25 hours a week at it. In the spring I spend about 8 hours a week at it.
I sew and digitize embroidery designs primarily as a hobby On average I spend approximately 42 hours a week on my addiction. I was considering designing free standing lace designs for doll dresses, hats, umbrellas, etc.
I see as a hobby, but would not mind finding a way to make some money at it.
