I sew primarily as a hobby or for my home business. On average, I spend many hours a week. Whenever I get the urge, I just work on a project that I"ve started, or start a new one. It’s all set up in my bedroom studio and I don’t have to take it down. So it’s always ready to go.
I sew primarily for pleasure, sometimes sell an item here and there. My granddaughter’s friends seem to want items for special time. On average I spend 20-25 hours a week
sewing, sometimes more.
I have not sewn for two years due to surgeries and ill health, but hopefully 2018 will be a rest sewing year…
I have saved all the freebies and bought some patterns as well. Thanks Pixie Faire for the inspiration you give me…?
I sew primarily as a hobby. I spend 2 or 3 hours per week sewing. I spend more time before Christmas.
I sew as a hobby. I spend st least 2 Days a week sewing in between doing house hold chores. Love to sew.
I sew as a hobby, but actually do sell quite a bit of what I make. I call it a hobby because I don’t make enough to cover the cost of my time, so don’t really consider it a profession. The amount I make pretty much covers the cost of materials, so I can keep doing what I love without so much monetary output.
