I sew,knit,crochet,paint,embroider,sculpt for the joy of making something lovely.I make for myself and give a lot away to friends,family and charity.
I sew as a hobby, and average 4-5 hours per week. I love to make clothes for our granddaughter’s doll, quilts for nieces and nephews, and purses for the Sew Powerful organization
I see primarily as a hobby for family. I sew 8-10 hours a week, more as time allows. My likes include 18” doll clothes and furniture for my granddaughter’s growing collection. Also window treatments and Halloween costumes. I recently completed 100 costumes for my granddaughter’s school play.
I sew primarily as a business, on average i spend 20 hours a week teaching children to sew as well as charity work and sewing for my grandchildren.
I sew primary as a hobby. i spend about 20 hours a week. I make doll clothes for my granddaughter, nieces and their friends. I also, make felt Christmas stockings for all family members, make curtains for our home and recently made my first hand-quilted quilt. I have made several crewel pictures and embroidered baby quilts. I get so much pleasure form seeing the joy my hand crafts bring to others. Will continue as long as God allows.
