I sew as a hobby, primarily costumes (historical and comic book) for my kids and myself. Occasionally, I will tackle a sewing project for the house. My actual sewing time varies throughout the year, but I frequently lull myself to sleep by planning a new sewing project in my head.
I sew for my small Etsy business. I spend about 25 hours a week sewing
I sew primarily as a hobby, making cute clothes for dolls, on average, I spend… about 3 hours a week, I’m too busy to spend more!
I sew primarily as hobby, but have sold my items in the past. I tend to sew at least 4-5 hours a day and would sew more if my DH didn’t have this pesky habit of wanting dinner every night LOL!
I sew primarily for a hobby and am doing it on average 5 hrs a day. I love the creative process which includes modifying patterns and working with fancy material. To get rid of my creations, so I can have more fun, I sell them on Etsy or give them away. I have three great nieces coming of age for needing doll clothes, so I expect I’ll be sewing for them for years to come.
