I sew, knit and crochet primarily as a hobby on average I spend 20 hours a week making presents for family.
I sew primarily as a hobby as therapy for myself. I have sewn for over 40 years and love it. I sew 10-12 hours a week, quiliing, sewing doll clothes for my grand-daughter and clothes for my three grandchildren.
I sew for my 15 grandchildren, and spend an average of 40-45 hours a week sewing!
“I sew primarily to relax, I am a home health care provider for Veterans. I at times find myself stressing about the health and or well being of a client while I am off duty. I find that spending time in my sewing room even if it is only 30 minutes after work really helps. On average, I spend about 8 hours a week in my sewing room. Sometimes just cleaning up the mess I have made sewing.
I sew primarily as a hobby on average, I spend about 5 hours a month. I use to spend a lot more time sewing, but I went back to work this year.
