I sew and crochet primarily as a hobby; on average, I spend 3-4 hours a week working on projects (more around grandchildrens’ birthdays and holidays).

I sew and embroider as a hobby and gift-making, especially doll clothes. I “binge”, sometimes spending all my optional time with a needle in my hand; at other times, I’ll go days without stitching anything. I do take a current hand project to my neighborhood stitchery group which meets for a couple hours twice a month—great motivation and chance to learn.

I sew, embroider, knit, create, primarily for the joy of it. I have 4 young ones I mostly make for, and since I am retired, I sew as much as I can every day.

Best site ever. Love sewing with my granddaughter

I haven’t sewn much in last few years due to various health issues (mine and hubby’s) want to change that this year. Love to make quilts and learn to do doll clothes for granddaughter. Also have 2 embroidery machines that do beautiful things. Hope to spend 3-4 hours per day.
