I sew as a hobby and for fun on average, I spend…about 5 hours a week but wish it was more!
I sew primarily for gift giving, my granddaughters, to donate, and I quilt for my own pleasure. My 4 granddaughters don’t have any historical pieces. They, their mother, and I would love them! Thanks for the chance to win!!
I have been seeing since I was 5 years old so it is a way of life for me. Sometimes I sew for fun and other time for someone else, occasionally to sell. I tend to immerse myself in sewing projects and sew 10-12 hours at a time, then not for a while.
I sew and crochet primarily as a hobby, but this last year I made clothes for the American Girl Doll and other 18 inch dolls. I started to make them for my granddaughters, and then sold some. I crochet or sew while watching TV, so I do it for 2-3 hours a day.
My goal is to make & collect a full wardrobe for an AG doll plus some of the furniture before my granddaughter is old enough to get hers for her birthday.
