hobby
I sew primarily as a hobby to make things for my grandchildren and spend six to twenty hours a week doing it.
I sew knit and crochet and have something in the works all the time. I’m a garment maker, quilter and make doll clothes for others that need them. I’ll soon be 84.
I sew primarily as a hobby (for my daughter), on average, I spend a couple of hours a week sewing. But that goes up drastically during theater costume season.
I sew primarily as a home business, on average I spend 30 to 40 hours a week. Good thing I love it!
