I sew primarily as a hobby and to save money and the number of hours I spend varies from 1 to 10 hours a week depending on commitments and health.

I sew, quilt and embroider primarily as a hobby, on average I spend from 12 to 30 hours a week. Some times more than 30 hours depend on the project.

I sew about 2 hours a week. I have too much else to take care of like grooming three dogs and taking care of a handicapped kid and another one in the military.

I sew in spurts as obligations and health permits. I love the creation process, I need the satisfaction of producing a Dress, blanket,, toy, some weeks I don’t get any sewing in at all, other weeks I will work at it all day for 2 or 3 days in a row.
