I sew and crochet for me, as a hobby because it is soothing. I try to spend several hours a week sewing. I have a shirt on an ornamental mannequin that says “I make things ‘cause I get sad if I don’t”. Sewing brings me joy.
I sew primarily as a hobby, but it’s a pretty big hobby to me. On average, I can spend radically different amounts of time doing it from week to week, from as little as a few minutes to several hours. It depends on what projects I’m working on
