I sew as a hobby and time varies from week to week depending on other commitments.
“I sew /knit/crochet & quilt primarily as a hobby but mainly to keep my fingers. On average, I spend at least half my waking day on either one or all of these.
I sew as a hobby – many hours in the cold winters and less in the busy summers.I make a lot of clothes for my 2 grandgirls,sew wall hangings and about 1 quilt a year.I use the leftover fabric to make chemo hats for our local hospital and doll clothes which are donated to a group of quilters.They get together once a week to make clothes and these are donated along with dolls to the Salvation Army at Christmas time.
