I sew primarily as a hobby and it depends on what I am working on on how much time I spend sewing. As my granddaughters get older I see I ’m spending less time sewing.
I love to sew and see the happy faces on my granddaughters when I make clothes for their AG dolls. I also sew for Christmas craft sales. For the sales I sew as much as I possibly can. The rest of the time I sew about 5 hours a week.
I sew and knit primarily as a hobby and to make gifts. On average, I spend about 5 hours a week sewing, and 5-8 hours a week knitting.

I sew primarily as a hobby. It’s something that I enjoy doing for myself. Yes I’ve made gifts for others as well but mostly I enjoy making things for My American Girl dolls, we don’t have any little girls in the family yet just 3 amazing boys, so for now this doll obsession is just for me.modern clothes are awesome but I can’t seem to get enough of the historical clothes, I absolutely love them the most. I spend about 6 hours a day on this hobby so about an average of about 42 hours a week.
